INGREDIENTS

• 1 egg
  
• ⅓ cup sugar
• 8oz softened cream cheese
• 6oz melted semi-sweet chocolate
• 20 Sable & Rosenfeld Party Cups

PREPARATION

1. Beat egg and sugar until fluffy
2. Beat in remaning ingredients
3. Place a tsp of filling in each party cup
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until set.
5. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour
