MYRA SABLE
FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT
Myra Sable founded Sable & Rosenfeld out of her kitchen in 1970 while working as a part-time restaurant reviewer in Toronto. Starting with a home recipe for Russian Mustard, she meticulously grew the product line into what it is today, specializing in gourmet appetizers and condiments, sauces and cocktail garnishes. She is a recipient of the WBE Canada Doing Business Award.

KATHY SMITH
VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS
Kathy Smith joined the Sable & Rosenfeld family in 1996. Her days start much earlier than most in the office, shuffling her two sons to the rink for hockey practice with her husband Fraser. Summer weekends are often spent at the cottage–Russian mustard (a sandwich is never consumed without it!) and a bottle of Pinot Grigio, coupled with mini quiches in S&R Party Cups all a lakeside-must.

JOHN WHEELER
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
John Wheeler has been at Sable & Rosenfeld for fourteen years; almost as long as the twenty-seven years he has been with his partner Francois and their nine year old standard poodle Katrina (yes, after the hurricane)! When he isn't at the office or up at the cottage in Halliburton, he is often hosting friends along with some wine and charcuterie and a hefty supply of often-requested 3-Pepper Blast and Tipsy Olives on-hand. His last-minute hosting trick? BBQ shrimp brushed with Tipsy Teriyaki Sauce served alongside roasted vegetables & lightly-coated Tipsy Jerk potatoes.

MARY O'NEILL
VICE PRESIDENT, SALES
Mary joined Sable & Rosenfeld in 2004 bringing with her 22 years’ experience in the food industry from chef to retail buyer to sales & marketing director at distributor level. She enjoys her free time volunteering for ….according to her husband, Mike, of 41 years just about every organization and spending as much time as possible with her four grandchildren. Her favorite time is spent cooking with her children and grandchildren especially making pizza on the grill with our Mediterranean Olive Bruschetta. Her kitchen pantry is also never without Tipsy Tapas or Tipsy Cocktail Stirrers, a staple for her famous charcuterie boards.
