INGREDIENTS

• 1 well-beaten egg
• ¼ cup cream
• ½ tsp grated Parmesan
• 2 Tbsp sautéed mushrooms or crabmeat
• Salt and pepper
• 10 Sable & Rosenfeld Party Cups

PREPARATION

1. Mix first 4 items together until well blended.
2. Place a tsp of filling in each Party Cup.
3. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes until set.
