Our version of the Gilroy Martini includes brine from our Vodka Garlic Tipsy Olives, the garlic adds a hint of savory flavour to this martini.

INGREDIENTS

• 3 oz vodka
• 1/2 oz dry vermouth
• 2 drops garlic juice (from olive jar)
• 2 Sable & Rosenfeld Vodka Garlic Tipsy Olives

PREPARATION

1. Pre-chill glass.
2. Fill martini shaker with ice cubes.
3. Pour in vodka, vermouth and garlic juice. Shake.
4. Strain into glass and garnish with two Vodka Garlic Tipsy Olives.
