This recipe is our go-to salad. Quinoa is full of protein and so delicious. Top the field greens of choice with your favorite vegetables in a variety of colors and use our Mediterranean Olive Bruschetta as your dressing.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/3 cup vegetables diced (we like cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes)
- Fresh salad greens
- Sable & Rosenfeld Mediterranean Olive Bruschetta to taste
PREPARATION
- In a bowl place quinoa, vegetable and salad greens.
- Top with Mediterranean Olive Bruschetta.
