Moreover, the UPS tracking number that you provided continues to provide this response:U "PS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package." This is despite your statement that my order has been fulfilled. Moreover, you do not respond to inquiries. This is a very sad reflection on your business practices.
