Have not yet received the items. Your site says products given to UPS one week ago, but UPS tracking says they’ve not in control of the items. Have also emailed your customer service about the problem and no response next steps??

This unfortunately small jar of bliss was a part of a care package sent from a friend in California for my Birthday.Wow . so good ! I was so sorry to see the last two cherries in the bottom of the jar .that I sent for two more bottles yesterday.Barbara.
