PREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

• 1 jar Sable & Rosenfeld Mediterranean Olive Bruschetta
• 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, cut in half
• ¼ cup crumbled feta or shaved Parmesan (optional)
• Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
  

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and rub each slice with the cut side of the garlic for extra flavor.
Spoon Sable & Rosenfeld Mediterranean Olive Bruschetta onto each toasted baguette slice.
Top with crumbled feta or shaved Parmesan if desired. Add fresh basil or parsley for a finishing touch.
